Here are answers to some of the top questions from our customers.
What should I do prior to the health screening?
No food for at least 8 hours before the Health Screening. Plain water is allowed. Avoid alcohol or fatty meals 12 hours before the Health Screening.
Can I still take medications before the going for a health screening?
For those who are on high blood pressure medications or other prescribed medications, please continue your usual routine. For those who are diabetic and on food restriction, please omit your anti-diabetic drugs for the morning.
Can I attend the screening if I am not well and/or on medication?
You should not attend the screening if you are having fever or feeling giddy.
What are the benefits of the optional add on packages?
Optional add-ons allow for more detailed tests to screen for any underlying medical conditions which may warrant doctor's intervention.
Can I go for Urine Test/Stool Test when I am having my menstruation?
It is advisable to do the urine/stool test 5 days after the last day of the menstruation cycle. You can send your urine/stool sample to our office at another arranged date.
How long will it take to complete the whole screening?
It will take approximately 15 minutes. But it does not include waiting time on the day of the screening exercise.
How can payment be made for the add-on packages?
Payment mode - Credit Card, Grab Pay, PayNow or cash can be made on the day of screening.
Can I walk in for a health screening without an appointment?
In order to provide prompt and fair service, we prioritise our pre-scheduled appointments. However, we will try our best to accommodate your walk-in request.
Can I bring my family member along for health screening or do I have to fix a separate appointment for them?
Yes, you can bring your family member along if they are keen for health screening. Please ensure that they make an appointment in order to be served promptly.
When will I receive the results and how do I interpret it?
You will receive your results together with explanation and necessary recommendations in 7 working days (softcopy report). If you do have further concerns, we can arrange for a tele consult with our Doctor.
